AND CONDITIONS - Freebird Motorcycle
Tours
Surcharges: Circumstances beyond our
control may deem it necessary to increase
the cost of your tour. eg. ferry prices
subject to fuel increases or taxes
levied. Any increase less than 2% will be
absorbed by the organisers, any increase
over this we must add to the final total.
If you cancel – All cancellations
must be in writing, a full 6 weeks before
departure for European tours, 30 days
before UK tours. On this condition will
refund in full, less £25 per person.
If you cancel between 60 and 30 days
(European) 30 and 14 days (UK) we will
refund 50%
If you cancel with less than 30 days
(European) and 14 days (UK) no refund
will be made.
Arrangements for your tour are planned
and paid for months in advance; therefore
we strongly recommend that you take out
holiday cancellation insurance. In the
event of major changes outside our
control we will advise you immediately so
that we may either continue the tour with
a changed itinerary or you may cancel
your holiday with a full refund.
Transfer of booking – You may
transfer your booking to another person
in the event of you having to cancel,
however it is your responsibility to see
that monies are paid in full. There may
be a small charge to cover administration
costs.
If we cancel – We reserve the right
to cancel a tour in the event of
insufficient numbers. We will refund all
monies paid, in full.
The organisers will not be held
responsible in the event of war, riots,
civil unrest, terrorism, industrial
disputes, and adverse weather conditions
and will not offer a refund or
compensation.
All monies received are held by
S.Wilson/Barclays Bank in a secure
account until your tour is completed.
You must hold a valid Certificate of
Insurance covering rider and pillion, and
be a competent fully licensed rider with
a machine that is road legal and
mechanically sound. You must also have
the ability to get yourself and your bike
home in the event of a breakdown. |
