Spent an hour trying to get out of the town this morning, but a record time through the Russian/Kazakhstan border controls at one hour five minutes! Torrential rain this afternoon, but we're safely ensconsed in the only hotel in town with hot water. As it happens... the same hotel that Ewan and Charlie stayed at.
